Delivery Information At d1retail.com we offer a downloadable file or a per weight based shipping for all locations International and the 50 contiguous U.S. states for our retail customers orders. We ship WORLDWIDE to almost every country. All present orders shipped to any of the 50 contiguous U.S. states are shipped for delivery in 2-3 business days with tracking. (Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. Shipping fees may change without notice.) If you purchased a downloadable file you can retrieve your file at My Account, My orders and Downloads after you have logged into the site. Due to USPS regulations, occasionally the shipping method used by d1retail.com shipping Dept. will differ from method chosen at the time of your order creation. PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TOTALING HIGH AMOUNTS WILL REQUIRE SCANNED PROOF OF THE CARD. CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES AND/OR DUTIES THAT MAY BE APPLIED! Please note that only order received before 12pm EST on business days will be shipped the same day. FEDEX for Brazilian Customers: Brazilian customs requires a valid Tax ID for Customs Clearance purposes. You MUST provide a valid Tax ID in order for your shipment to clear customs. Order Cancellation Policies and Procedures: Your order begins processing shortly after it’s submitted. If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. You may attempt to cancel an order that has not been shipped by clicking the link: and filling a ticket with the words “CANCEL ORDER” along with the order number of the order you wish to cancel in the subject line of the ticket. Undeliverable Packages: We cannot accommodate requests for refunds on orders that cannot be delivered to the recipient’s shipping address for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect or incomplete address, missing apartment or suite #, no response at address) and /or orders that are declined or refused delivery. Confirmation after you submit your order: An invoice will appear and will also be sent to your email address, please print a copy for your reference. You will receive e-mail notification once your order has been processed. The notification will tell you if we have the items in stock. We will only ship items we have in stock and the total amount of your order will be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified by e-mail of any changes. You will also be emailed the shipping tracking number of your order. Digital 1 Retail Shipping and Receiving Guidlines: The following guide tells you how to ship your product to digital 1 Retail, to avoid delays, extra charges and discrepancies. Few, very important things to remember: ● Each box / pallet / container you ship to us, has to have an “ASN” receiving created for it, prior to shipping your products to ShipMonk. You can create new ASN (receiving) in your account, by going into “Inventory > Create New Receiving”. ● Each shipment needs to be clearly labeled, and contain the Receiving (ASN) Number. ● Each SKU has to be in its own box / bag. No mixed SKU cartons. For example, if you have a tshirt with 5 different sizes, each size has to be in its own box / bag. ● Each box / bag has to be clearly marked with the SKU and QTY on the OUTSIDE of the box. ● All boxes/packs with the same product will contain equal quantities of that product in each box. For example, a case¬pack of 24 units must always contain 24 units. ● If you want us to verify quantities, make sure products are bundled together. (example: in one box, you can have 10 packs of 5 individual units, or 40 packs of 3 individual units. ● The case pack limit is 100 units per case.
